Finding Vacancies
Our current vacancies are listed on this website and can be viewed by the type of role, e.g. Teaching, campus location, full-time/part-time and if you wish to see all current vacancies, you can select the option to view them all.
How To Apply
If you find a position you are are interested in, click the Apply Online button. If you haven't applied for a position with us before, you'll be asked to register and set up an account on the site (Why do I have to register?) or log into the account you’ve already created. Be sure to provide an email address you use regularly, because that’s how we’ll keep in touch with you about your application.
All applications must be submitted online by 12am (midnight) UK time on the closing date.
Application Form
The online application form helps ensure the information you give us is provided in a consistent format, which enables us to assess applications fairly. We review all applications anonymously to remove any bias.
As part of the application process, you'll be asked to answer some questions specifically relating to your experience. This is your opportunity to share examples of how your skills, knowledge and experience match the essential and, if appropriate desirable criteria in the person specification.
You can be completed in stages and you can login/logout at any time. The form automatically saves as you enter your information and it is simple to move backwards and forwards within the form at any time prior to submission. Help is available at each stage to guide you through the form.
Before final submission, you can preview your application and can then choose to refine or submit the form.
After Applying
Once you have submitted your application, you will see in the 'My Applications' area, that the status of your application will be "submitted", alongside the date you applied. We will also send you an email confirming we've received you application.
After Closing Date
A selection panel is assigned to each vacancy we advertise. The panel will assess all applicants anonymously at the initial shortlisting stages to ensure they are assess fairly and free from bias. Applications will be assessed against the requirements set out of the job description and person specification. Once shortlisting is complete, you will receive an email to let you know if you have been successful in getting through to the next stage.
