Pay awards to recognise cost of living increases are negotiated locally with recognised Trade Unions.
The hard work and dedication of employees across EPNE is celebrated at the group’s annual Evolve Awards, which include teacher of the year, local community champion and unsung hero. We also have campus hero of the months and long service awards for employees who have 20 and 30 years of service.
We offer two generous pension schemes – Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) and the Teacher Pension Scheme (TPS). Both schemes include a provision for ill-health, a death in service lump sum payment and an annual pension. You’ll be notified on appointment which pension scheme you’re eligible for.
